LAUNCH GIVEAWAY

By registering for this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms.

One eligible participant will be selected to receive complimentary access to the DigiShares Launch platform for a period of six (6) months. The prize includes a waiver of the standard onboarding fee and subscription fee for the Launch platform for the six-month promotional period only.

The promotional access does not include additional platform features, integrations, custom development, third-party services, blockchain transaction costs, digital asset issuance costs, or other services that may normally incur additional charges. Any such services or features, if requested or used, may be subject to separate fees.

The six-month promotional period commences on the date the platform account is activated by DigiShares. Following the promotional period, continued use of the platform will be subject to DigiShares' standard pricing as determined by DigiShares.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or benefit. DigiShares reserves the right to determine participant eligibility, verify information provided by participants, and select the winner at its sole discretion.

Participation in the giveaway does not guarantee access to the platform, and DigiShares reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and any services or support provided during the promotional period are subject to availability at the discretion of DigiShares.

DigiShares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to technical, legal, or operational circumstances.
