Tokenize Stock Exchange and DigiShares Partner to Pursue Joint Tokenization Opportunities
Tokenize Stock Exchange and DigiShares signed an agreement, in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding, to establish a new partnership, fostering long-term collaboration on potential future tokenized projects starting from 2021.
The agreement formalizes the mutual commitment to support each other’s range of services and strengthens the existing relationship between TKSE and DigiShares at a strategic level. DigiShares has a proven track record in executing innovative and exciting projects in the tokenized securities space, while Tokenize will be providing their regulated and cutting-edge trading platform to give interested companies access to an international network of investors. The partnership will allow streamlined interoperability between the companies, expanding their service offerings to a wider number of clients and investors.
